That said, do you also believe URIs to be the 'universal' reference system ? Or do you agree that several reference systems may co-exist?

In the case were we have several reference systems, which is probably what is going to happen in real world to accomodate for transitions from one system to another, how do you see the extension of the 'shared understanding' acquisition?</description>
